Lots of water and cardio, believe me, I had a really slow metabolism and now that I drink more water and excercise , I go to the restroom Many times a day

hey just relax and try to take short meals even 5 to 6 if u want but drink 2 tall glass of water before so that u can eat much this will help u just give a try
and for metabolism booster u can drink a glass of hot water in morning or a lemon juice with hungry stomach !

Drink plenty of water , add ice it burns extra calories because your body heats it up.
Get lots of sleep
eat a good amount of nuts because it boosts your metabolism.
try not to be stressed , you gain weight when stressed.
eat no later than an hour after you get up
exercise a few times a week
pack your own lunch and water bottle so you are less tempted to snack on things like chips or soda.Or to pick up fast food
weigh yourself in the morning after you pee
Set reasonable goals , setting a goal like “I want to lose 20 pounds in two weeks” is not going to happen.If it does it wouldn’t be healthy
DON”T take any pills or follow any sketchy diets.The best way to lose weight is the healthy way .
When going out to eat look at the menu before going to pick out what your going to eat.When you get the food immediately ask for a box and put half of it away so you can eat it another time.Most restaurants give you way to much anyway.
Use smaller plates and bowls and only eat what is on your small plate .If you think your still hungry wait at least 20 minutes after finishing to see if your actually hungry or not.

On October 24th, 2010 I decided to turn my life around. I was obese, depressed, and was lacking in self confidence. Now, as of December 31st, 2010 I am over 40 pounds lighter; having dropped 6 pant sizes, and two shirt sizes- I will do whatever it takes to not get back to where i was. How did I do it you might ask? – Hardwork, determination, and moral support.
